Pets
NO PETS NO EXCEPTIONS. This is due to insurance regulations. Any violations with pets will be cause for termination of rental with no refund.

Occupancy
Each cabin has a designated occupancy limit, an extra charge of $150.00 will occur for each additional unauthorized persons over the limit. This limit does not include children 2 or younger. The maximum for the Lodge is 5 guests. If overcrowding occurs during anytime of reservation immediate eviction will occur without any refund. Please inform at time of reservation the correct number of occupants.

Payments
Full payment is due at time of making your reservation. You may pay with credit card by phone or mail check if enough time permits. There will be a $35.00 service charge for any returned checks.

Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at any time up to two weeks with full refund. If cancellation occurs between one and two weeks before reservation all but one night will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than one week before reservation there will be no refund.
